children removed from Canada

well i have had sole custody of our 3 children for the last 4 years. She left to go and find herself and start a new life. that has her in new york right now but is looking at moving yet again. I have never dismissed her contact with our children and have never denied her access. but after a bilateral assessment she was according to the psychologist gets the children. So now the kids are awarded to her in the united states and i am he only has this on a interm basis of one year but that is still too long she has been neglecting my calls to speak to the children as well she is blocking and screening out emails that i send. I seem to be at a severe disadvantage here and everytime i turn around she is winning. Anything that i can do to stop this?
