I will try and make this a short as possible. My husband and I seperated 6yrs ago we have been married for 17yrs.I filed for divorce this yr when a family friend lent me the money .I make a 1/3 of what he makes. We have no children he wants too buy me out of the house at 98 prices when we seperated and also his pension as of 98. I recently received his Interrogatories (sp). I did question his CIS because it did not add up .He has been paying some other womans monthly rent/utilities etc for the last 2yrs that I know of he only had to give 2yrs of bank statements. He did not put this on his CIS and also the work he does off the books...The funny thing is he is claiming Adultry by me (which is news to me).. I filed a No Fault divorce seperated for 18 months. Can my lawyer use this information against him we are legally still married and I have not received a penny from him in 6yrs. I honestly don't care if he wants to pay someone elses bills but why should I take a loss as far as the house and pension goes when he has lied on these documents. Also the ESP panel said I would most likely not get alimony because I did not request it in the 6yrs since we seperated . I did not know I could I thought that alimony had too do with divorce.. They did not have these interrogatories at the time of the meeting .They did suggest I give him 35,000 equity in the home and 98 on the pension. HE could of filed for divorce but he didnt why am I the one who is being penalized he has put out over 20,000 on this woman and told me he is broke because he pays the mortage on the house he went thru the checking and savings they said he could of used that on the house more like his girlfriend. CAn any of this be used in court.I feel it does show how he lies and trys to cover up .. Thanks
