I filed and he quit job

My H retired Navy has been having an affair with a female co-worker who is also married. He left me earlier this year for 5 months, returned only to move into the spare guest room which he desires to remain. He attacked me in June and has a 6 month injunction in place right now. I have since filed for divorce because he will not support his daughter and me and I am paying all of the bills (mortgage, credit cards, phone, cable, etc) except his car note and TRICARE quarterly payment. Well My attorney tried to make that happen Sept 11th but his attorney said she was not available until Oct 28Th. Now one month before the hearing he basically quits his job but still has the company truck. Hummmm. I pray that the judge sees through this tactic. So he has petitioned that I pay him support! He also wants the judge's decision for the 6 months to be overturned. OMG!!!! I have tried to be nice for our daughter's sake who just turned 17 and is pregnant. I'm just not a vengeful person. I pray he does not get away with that or can he?
