What will I have to pay ?

I'm trying to get an idea of what will work here. We are about to embark on the wonderful division of Assets/Debts. I'm in PA, and she left the house. We owe about 130K, and it's worth about 160K. That is about 30K in equity. I also have a 401k with about 23k, but 8k was in there when I got married. (actually 16, but I took a loan for half a month before we got married to get the apartment, etc.) So the way I see it... Our assets are 45k. Debt is all in my name, and there's plenty of it. Loan for boob job 2 months before she left - 5k Credit card debt - 6k 401k loan - 5k That puts debt at 16k, leaving 29k to split. $14,500/ea.
Now the problem I have with this method is... 1. When she left 10 months ago, she didn't take any of the bills with her. 2. Then she attached my paycheck for $1600/month for child support.
So....I took the high road, kept my head down, and sucked it up. I paid 150 a month towards her boob job payment. I paid $300 a month towards the 401K loan, and I paid $200.00/month toward the credit cards. I paid another card off with a balance of $1k. Over the last 10 months, I've put out $7500 in payments to keep from getting bad credit. She just walked away with her $55K salary, and my $20K child support ($5200.00/month net). She's been traveling, tanning salon, hair and nail stylists, all new wardrobe, etc. All this, and I took my daughter 1/2 the time. (even though I travel 2-3 days a week for work). So every time I'm home...I have my little girl.
I'm wondering if I can recover any of that money.
