I'm with G8Dad on this one. They can't just waltz in on you and sweep your kids out of your life just like that.

Been there done that. I had my own ex sister in law try to tell my neice and nephew that I was the reason she lost her kids, when that was a bold faced lie.

I did indeed call cps, but never went on the stand. My ex and I split up and that was the end of that story. What happened was cps found her guilty and her kids well, one child was found in [censored] photos with her boyfriend at the time.

Disgusting. Sad. Yes. But there always has to be a reason for cps to step in and yeah there was one. They can't just come barreling into to someones life and take away your children. It doesn't work that way.

If betty down the street says. Hey, Little Larry is selling drugs and his kids are involved, cps will investigate but unless they find something, the kids aren't getting touched.

You have to be found of something.

My neice and nephew still think they were taken away to this day because of me and it never happened. I dispise that family :( But not the kids.
