So here is my question. I am in a pre decree move away case and the ex has not yet brought up to the courts that she is intending to move out of state. I am assuming she is going to be bringing it up to the evaluator that we will be working with soon. Do CFI's make recomendations at weather a child should be allowed to be taken under a hypathetical situation that does not exist or will they be flying to washington state to do a home study. Need some help here please
