Finality of divorce

Hello, I am new here & need opinions please. My son is in a panic. He received his final divorce papers - all stamped, etc. Done deal. Ex wife is bipolar & signed divorce agreement on 5/6/08 after 6 yrs of marriage. She signed a paper with large, bold print stating that she was advised to have an attorney but refused. All told, she signed 4x to that warning. Gave him physical custody of kids. All monies due her were figured by an outside actuary. She lived in house & they "tried" till final papers arrived. She has now been given check for money due her & has to leave. But is now threatening to claim manipulation re signing to have the divorce voided. He is terrified as he has no more money for another lawyer. Can she do this? After it is final? Thank you so much.
