Winnings of lottery or lawsuits after divorce

Just trying to get info on something that is bothering me! I was involved in a lawsuit from an accident I had after me and my ex split, sounds as if it may settle soon. Is she eligible to get any of that money, being that the divorce was final in 07? Just wondering should there be any settlement for my pain and suffering, cant see her getting any of the reward, but then again nothing suprises me now!!!!!
