Child Support Insanity Tx OAG style

Okay DH has 2 sons with ex. M is 18 as of OCT 2008. E is 16, will not be 18 until Aug 2010.
The boys were removed from public High school by ex because they we truants. She enrolled them in North Hills Private School. North Hills Private School is not accredited. It is an umbrella school for homeschooling.
M has been enrolled in the school since 5/07 and has yet to send in any work packages.
e has been enrolled in the school since 1/08 and has yet to turn in any work.
The "school" sent a letter to the Office of the Attorney general Texas child support division saying M will graduate 5/2010 and E will graduate 6/2011.
Talked to the head of school she got the dates from ex. She was unaware of the boys ages. She is sending DH all records that she has of the boys.
The Oag accepted the letter because in thier words it had a letterhead and looked good enough. So child support continues on M who is 18 and not attending any actual school.
Basically the boys are enrolled in a school because the ex sends 200 dollars a month in for the boys not to do any school work.
I have no idea where to go from here.
