I know in most states there's a visitation deduction in cs for non-custodial if he/she takes kids over certain days per year. Ex. 110 days = deduction of 20%. Just throwing example out. My hubby didn't know about this (he had terrible lawyer) previously. I was wondering if anyone knew amount in Mass & if there is a deduction in Mass for time spent with kids at your house/overnights? I couldn't find this info on web! Thanks!!
