Yes I did....but I won because the JHO (retired judge) didnt consider the marital standard of living nor that she has no income...He ruled that she should get alimony for 6 yrs at $300 a wk and child support at $269 a wk...both parties to pay for their councel fees...she owes over $10,000 to her lawyer and best of all...I'm not going to jail...I dont have to pay her back the tax return I took from her...The equity in the house is slowing disappearing...the judge didnt care that my youngest is autistic...Phoenix rising...there was no case law attached to the alimony, child support or councesl fees decision...judge just went by what he felt was right, in my opinion.

Her lawyer told my lawyer that the decision was outrageous, she is in shock but she told us she' APPEALING....My lawyer warned her that it will cost her alot of money to appeal and she might get less than what she got...

If anyone wants my case number, I'll be more than happy to provide it...I am real and I did win!

So Yes Dad, 10-12 yrs...LOL!
