Have a few question

My husband wants a divorce after seven years. He is 65 and I am 37. He was recently diagnosed with a chronic disease. I have two kids and we live in Nebraska. He says he wants time to do what he needs to do whatever that means. He recieves SSI 1800 a month for him and 1400 for the kids, the kids are not his biological kids. he also gets about 1200 a month in pension. I make 62000 a year. I also provide all of the insurance and pay for all of his meds about 320 a month. He recently got back pay settlement from workman's comp after paying off cars and bills, we bought a camper and have about 25000 left over. He will also recieve about 1200 a month for work comp. He says since it was his money that paid off the vehicles he will get to keep them all. He also says since he is disabled he will get the house and the kids will not get the SSI after the divorce because they are not his kids. Pleas help me is he right and what if anything I'm I entitled to. It doesn't seem fair that I will lose everything. He has been sick for three years and I have taken really good care of him. What can I do
