disclosure of income

my ex is once again in arrears... 7 months now... we go through this quite often, but I am tiring of the run around... OCS files paperwork, we both appear in court and he sweet talks the case manager, writes a check and walks out smiling... he is self employed, we have been divorced 10 years, I have NEVER asked him for an increase. This next go round I would like to ask for full disclosure of his income, he appears to live very well, but claims only $25,000 in income after expenses.... What is involved with full disclosure, what should I asked for. He is remarried with no additional children (I know new wife's income is not to be included and would never want it to be). I am not really looking for an increase, but I would like to put the fear of god into him for not paying consistently. I provided all medical and dental for the kids (2 of them). We do have 50/50 custody. Anyone know how to go about "full disclosure" of his assest/income and what this entails? Thank you
