Ok, my husband and I have decided to file for a no-fault divorce. He still lives here at the house however plans on moving out, hopefully soon. Anyway, he opened his own bank account and informed me today that in two weeks time he would be receiving his debit card and at that point he would remove his name from our joint account. The problem is, he also stated that once he had his debit card he would only give me $890 a month for the care of our children. I don't see how he can do this since he would still be in residence here. Can he do it?? Of course my reaction was, well, if that's all you plan on contributing then as soon as you get your debit card you need to move out. Can I do this?? Any help would be appreciated, I'm pulling my hair out here..
Thanks,
Dawn
