Understanding your child of divorce

Hello. I'm new here. But I'm sure not new to divorce. I have a thirty year history with it. See, my parents divorced when I was three.
I still struggle. The issues don't go away. And sometimes I find they even get magnified as I've entered adulthood and had to deal with my own marriage and my own children. During these trying times, I have reached out to my search engines in an attempt to find some help. To read about someone else's struggles. To know I'm not alone. I've never had much luck.
So I started my own blog. A website specific to dealing with the core issues and lasting impact on a child of divorce. I write about self esteem, co-parenting, blended families and relationships. No topic is off limits as long as it's honest. And I've received a ton of feedback from divorced parents; including my own. Telling me that reading my work has helped them not only understand their own children but has also influenced their own parenting.
So come by and check it out. I hope you find it to be as valuable a resource as so many others. I can be found at www.thegrownupchild.ca Hope to see you there!
