ex wants to move kids out of state...please help.

HI everyone...my ex who is now married for 2 years notifies me that her husband put in for a transfer for his job out of state. Well the phone call came that he received the transfer and needs to be there in 2 weeks. She is frantically trying to pack up the house as this is for real and she plans on leaving and taking the kids who are 13 & 12.
I am actively involved in there lives and get my regular visitation. I have considered allowing them to go, but would like a reasonable visitation schedule and I would like to be the one who provides the travel to get them back here to see me so I have no problems. Basically I don't trust her to allow them to come see me.
She is wanting her full cs but wants to provide the transportation and is pretty much thinking she is setting the visitation (which is not acceptable to me). I feel that basically my support should get reduced (not completely) so I may provide the travel at least 3 times per year. What are your thoughts regarding visitation and cs at this point?
