Money owed

Divorce was finalized in February. She agreed to give back a $3000 ring I gave her within 30 days of final judgment. She has not returned it and says she lost it when all reality I think she pawned it. Also, in the final judgment she agreed to assume a $12,000 loan in both of our names. She has horrible credit and can not refinance it or take my name off of it. It has been hitting my credit for her not paying because my name is on it as well. She keeps claiming she has no money, but yet she has a job and is getting $700 a month for child support for our kids. Plus she just got a huge house where she moved too. Shortly after the paperwork was final she decided she wanted to move to the east coast with her bf (the guy she had an affair with) and we negotiated that deal with the lawyers as I did not have the resources to fight it in court. She agreed, but not in writing, to pay my $500 for the ring that she agreed to the first time around when she picked the kids up after my visitation. She did not pay me the $500 she agreed to but that was not in writing. When I asked her for it she said she wouldn't give it to me like she said she would and raised a big fuss and told me good luck with ever seeing my kids. What can be done to get me the ring, or money owed to me for that, plus getting the loan situated that she isnt paying. I know she can't not let the kids see me and that she has to pay for travel expenses to get them back here from the east coast, but we will get to that when it happens. Any help would be great. This is all a hassle
