cheating wife!!!

i've been married for 5 years so far,, one child!!!
i confirmed she was cheating while i was out (a week ago),,
i feel shocked, depressed and helpless!!!

i have gone through all stages of grief since last week.

i really dont' know what to do next,, can anybody advise me?
