owe 27 mths child support but i had chld

Minor and I live in AZ, Father lives in AK.
Minor had behavioral issues and went to live with Dad in Alaska, June 2006 for one school year.
Father modified custody to him and my lawyer never opposed even though requested to. Ongoing back and forth re custody and support throughout minor's year in AK with no agreement besides verbal agreement that no child support between parties during the year as they each were caring for one of their children(They are now denying such agreement).

Unbeknownst to me, two weeks prior to minor returning to AZ May 23rd 2007, father and lawyer file for child support order where I am the obligor. I was never notified by court or my lawyer of such judgment.

Minor returned to AZ end of May 2007 with mutual agreement between parties that child would return to live with me in AZ permanently.
Mother requested lawyer(in AK) to regain custody of minor. Nothing accomplished as lawyers back and forth wasteful banter for next 18 mths w/o resolution. Lawyer withdraws representation. Child in AZ with me all this time and decide to give up on ever getting child support so do nothing further.
27 mths later I receive letter from child support division stating they are closing the case as have not been requested to enforce order of June 2007. I call and find out for the first time on June 10th, 2009 re child support order issued June 2007 which states I am to pay $1100 a month child support to father in AK beginning Dec 2006!!!!

How do I get this set aside as I have been taking care of minor since June 2007 and I was not aware of any such order.Never informed or received a copy
I have filed motion to set aside order as unbeknownst to me and do not have funds to pay AK 25.20 110B(have had to file chapter 13 in the meantime) and also under AK Rule 90.3 as obligee has acquiesed to minor living with obligor for over 9mths so therefore not responsible for child support during this period. Now fathers lawyer stating order should not be set aside judgment as its been longer than a year since judgement ordered(but I was never made aware of any judgment!!!)

HELPPPPPPPPP FYI Father has had no contact with minor or me for past 27 mths. ? abandoment/neglect
