Christine- First off Stuck is a di** (in my opinion). Anyway why is nothing being done about the 11,000 that he is behind in support? Like I said in another post a couple of weeks ago I don't understand why people don't push for back support owed to them. It only took 4 months and my STBX has already had a contempt hearing and his bank account seized. Keep on domestics everyday about what they are doing to collect the arrears owed to you. I would even go down there and fill out a form to have him thrown in jail if other measures have not worked. You have to be pro-active!!! Second of all he will continue to rake you over the coals to break you. Don't let him. If he is ordered to pay the CC then take him to court. It doesn't matter if the judge likes him or not. A CO is a CO. Where is your lawyer????
