IRA and divorce in MN
      10/22/09 04:41 PM

I have an IRA that was completely funded by me before my marriage and no contributions have been made since the marriage. Does my ex-spouse to be have any claim on the growth of the account that took place during our marriage? There were no contributions made to the IRA account during our marriage, but I did buy and sell stocks with the funds I had already contributed to the IRA.
