Florida - calculating child support

Dad has custody of kids from first marriage and receives child support for them. If he were to be divorced from second wife and the non-custodial parent of the child from his second marriage, would the child support he receives for the children of the first marriage be included as part of his income when determining child support he would pay for the noncustodial child of the second marriage? Sorry if I explained it poorly.... I know custodial parents don't claim child support as income on their tax return, i'm just wondering if it's included as income for child support purposes. Thanks!
