Husband Abandoned Me And Son

Ok here we. My husband has committed adultry. i first found out of her existance when I looked at the call history on his cell phone. HUNDREDS! Then he came home after working out of state saying he doesnt love me anymore. Handed me his wedding ring and cell phone (everything deleted). After he left I found pictures of them together and other not so nice pics of her. He was stupid enough to email them to himself and open them on our home computer. Have it ALL saved! Needless to say me and my son are DEVASTATED! His new "woman" for lack of a better word has now moved down to this state and they are shacking up at a friends house. The house we live in is owned by his mother, we lived on one side and her and my mom live in the attached apartment. I have no way of contacting him for ANYTHING, he hasnt called to see how we are or anything. I do work but I dont make much money, so needless to say, I CANNOT AFFORD A LAWYER!! I plan to move out of this state and go back home to NJ where I have great friends and support. Before I met him I owned my own home and had a wonderful job with the state. Left it all for his dream to move down here. Now after one year of being here, he left us for this "woman". What rights do I have aout staying in this house until I need to go back home? So far his mother is ookay with us being here, but eventually him and his "woman" want us to leave so they can live here. Nice guy huh? Can she just throw me and my son AND mother out with no place to go? He hasnt given us any money and the bills are piling up, and oh yes, all the bills such as credit cards, car payment and such are all in MY name. He had bad credit. Is he responsible to pay half of all that? This has been a complete nightmare and I have fallen into a terrible depression but trying to claw my way out for my sons sake. I need help!!!!!!!!
