find out why EXACTLY he was not allowd visitation with his own son--did he agree to it or did a judge order it because he posed a specific threat. Find out what that threat is by going to the court house and looking through the case file from his case. Family case are public record. You just have to go to the courthouse/clerk of court & request the case file. They will usually make you go in a "viewing" room & there you can do research.
