what can I do?
      01/12/10 10:32 PM

I was married for 4 months and then filed for divorce for various reasons. He (representing himself) responded and wanted to go to court. It has been 19 months and he has never set a court date nor persued anything else. Can this divorce be granted by default or anything at all. I do not have the funds for an attorney and I need help. I want this divorce out of my way!
