Kids camps....

My ex-wife wants me to reimburse her with 66% of the costs for 8 kids camps. I had the 2 children for 5 1/2 weeks and she had them for 5 1/2 weeks in summer 2009.
(6) of the contract says: “...shared parental responsibility” means that Husband and Wife shall remain full parental rights and responsibilities with respect to the minor children, and requires the parties to confer with one another so that major decisions which may affect the welfare and interests of the children shall be determined jointly, unless specified otherwise within this agreement.”
She NEVER involved me in any of her decisions which kids camps she booked and which ones I could afford. She basically informed me about her purchases and decisions after everything was booked.
2.) (7) of the contract says: “...The parties shall also share in all educational, childcare, summer camp and extracurricular expenses, pursuant to their pro rata share as provided for in the child support guidelines.”
If that means that I sharing her expenses during those times, that also means she shares mine. For example, I had the educational opportunities of a trip to Germany with the children and time with their Grandparents & Cousins. But my budget would not support additional costs for other trips or camps. Therefore, this trip should also be considered a summer extracurricular expense, exactly the same way as summer camp is. If I hadn’t taken the children to Germany, I would have had Summer Camp expenses instead. In addition, I also incured babysitting expenses, which should be calculated into the total.
Can she request that I pay HER expenses from HER 5 1/2 week time with the children and she doesn't participate on my end?
