Home abandoned by spouse now I have to pay.

My ex was ordered to maintain payments on our mobile home mortgage and the lot rent during temporary orders. She then abandoned the property, failed to pay the mortgage and lot rent, and rented another home (was capable of paying the amounts due). I was out of work and had a restraining order against me on that property address. The mortgage company foreclose on the mobile home leaving us $29k owed. I am the primary on the mortgage and she is co-signer. Now, after the divorce was final (Sept 2008), the mortgage company is after me for the amount due. Would I have a good case against her for the remaining cost of the foreclosure (approx. $29K) considering she had court orders to maintain the payments?
Has anyone been in a similar situation with a good outcome? Good outcome to me would be I sue her for the 29K and win. I am also willing the take half the amount owed out of fairness. But I really think since she took possession and responsibility of the home that she really is responsible for the whole amount.
