He wants to take our kid to his "lover" house

We separated over 3 weeks ago, and he wants to spend the weekend with our 4 years old son.

He wants to sleep on that place, she is the woman he is living with.

The person that he was unfaithful with. That us the reason we are separating, for his infidelity.

Does he have any right to do this?

What can I do?

I dont have any money for lawyer right now.

He tried to intimidating me, by sayig that he was going to keep track of the times I deny him to take his son for the future and I need to live with the concecuences, but I feel so unfair that 3 weeks ago our son saw us in bed together, he goes to the preeschool and draws daddy and mommy and now he will see another picture... is like too soon...
