My wife who's in Iraq is filing for dissolution

In one of the notes in the relief part says -Ordering respondent to pay to petitioner's attorney, as and for attorney's fees and court costs such reasonable sum as to the court is just.

Can she really make me pay for her fees when she's the one who wants the damn divorce?
