quit claim

hi
I am married but my name is not on the loan. If I quit claim from the house, do I still owe money because I am married ?

We dont have joint credit card debts, am I still liable for my husband's debts ? is it possible to put a condition on the divorce paper that he should be responsible for his credit card debts ?
