ex wife with no morals or decency

In a nutshell my ex has a bf of seven weeks, where she decided to introduce him to my boys. On the first day my boys met him he was spending the night. Court order says no sleepovers. What will or can the court do for contempt of court. I've heard from many that the courts wont do anything. Is this true?
