insurace question from WI

I have just added my step-daughter to my insurance, my hubby's ex wife will not add her to her insurance. I am in WI and I currently have a family plan (I have my hubby and our child on it - I just added his step-daughter). His Ex will have to pay us for her daughter insurance - my questions, is it a standard percentage that she will have to pay of my insurance? and my insurace is taking out bi-weekly, so would she would be paying this percentage bi-weekly also? thanks .. Custody is 50/50
