Spouse suing for attorneys fees in Maryland

Got my initial separation agreement from my spouses attorney and in addition to a laundry list of items they want me to pay monthly for such as her ability to dine out, take vacations and pay for her weekly therapy sessions, they are also requesting that I pay all her attorneys fees.

Is her lawyer just fishing for extra money or does she have a leg to stand on?
