What????? I need Advice Please.

does it matter if my x signs the deed to the house... But in the divorce papers it says im the owner... Is the Divorce papers just as good as a signed deed.... My ex refuses to sign anything... He even thinks the divorces is void if he doesn't sign the papers. Is that so????? I think once the judge signs... Its over, right.... And whatever is in those papers goes..... Am I right....
Oh boy what a battle.... Im glad its over.....Yikes
