Pregnant?

So my soon to be ex-wife and i have been separated, not legally for a year. She has been seeing a man and I have been just sticking to myself during most of that year, well recently I have been involved heavily with a girl and have had unprotected sex with her several time. She is getting symptoms of a pregnancy and am worried. Me for one I am ok with being a father but the legal system doesn't think so. Me and the soon to be ex-wife are currently filing for a divorce but I am waiting on her to send me some forms i mailed to her so that she can sign em. Is there any way of not getting in trouble with this situation? Oh and i am pretty sure being in the military doesn't help.
