Is my wife eligible for spousal support?

My wife and I are getting a divorce in near future after marriage of 13 years. No children. Now we both agree to use the same lawyer to minimize leagal fee and want to meet settlements amicably. My questions are: what happens to properties we have during marriage, house, cars, furniture, bank accounts etc. We purchased our current house 3 years ago and put down a little more than a half of its price. Now home value is just sinking and I dont think we could sell our house as the same market value we had years ago. Hopefully still can get a little bit out of it. We have joint accounts ever since we got married. We have 2 cars one is already paid off and the other one still 3yrs lease left. Otherwise we dont have any debt. I would offer her a half of our properties, including savings and 401K. I suppose she'll return to school probably 2 years to get a skill so she can get on her own feet in future. My (our)lawyer suggests 2 year of $2,500 per month spousal support to my wife. I've provided most of it since I am as a bread-winner from begining of our marriage. Any Idea? Oh, by the way I make 120,000 per year.
