Property Issue

I have been divorced since Oct. 2006 and my ex and I have co-owned a property since Nov. 2004. I have begged him to sale the home or refinance for the last 2 years, to take my name off the mortgage, but he refuses. Now, he has remarried, and so have I. What are my rights, since the papers state that the house should remain for sell until sold and profit/loss will be split 50/50. What am I entitled to? What action should I take to force him into action on the house?
