Maintenance in NY

My Story:
27 year marriage, We are both in our late 50's.
2 children, in college
Husband $250,000 year, half is bonus and commisions.
I was SAHM mostly, did some part time work, never making more than $25,000. Currently enrolled in school to update my education
How much maintenance can I expect and for how long? I can't afford to keep the house and half the proceeds is not enough to buy an apartment. I need a roof over my head.
I have health issues that could dramatically affect my ability to work if they return.
Husband is currently paying me $300.00 a week. I have applied to the court for more.
