My Family Is Still Actively Involved With My Ex!

Xmas night and my wife and live in another state than my family. We get on the computer to do a video chat with the family at my parents' house. Lo and behold, my ex is there. It's only my parents, brother and his family, sister and her family and my aunt, uncle and cousins. It's been ten years since we split up. Since that time, my family has never stopped having a relationship with her. I understand that you can't expect people to drop relationships because two people got divorced. But having her continually be invited to my family's events pisses me off.
I'm remarried but still stunned that this is happening. My family doesn't think it's strange at all, so I'm looking for input - am I off base in being upset? Or are they way out of bounds? Thanks in advance!
