Cheating Spouse Not Paying Mortgage

My wife is cheating and she emptied out $2500 from a joint account of ours, lives in MY house (im the only one on the deed) and refuses to pay any of the mortgage. She does pay utilities now that I removed them from my name. I have told her to leave and that Im moving back in but she has threateneed to call the police (she already has 3x) and claims the judge will stick it to me since she has kids and I am kicking them out. Any advice?
