Here comes a doozy 4 ya !!! (Advice PLEASE)

Oh my...those not familiar with my case, pls. see other posts. First, just want to say please don't ask me questions once I go into this. I am really just looking for advice on what to do now. I know for a fact that my stbx has moved another man into the home along with strong evidence a woman is living there as well. He lives in base housing (the home we once shared). The situation is this, been gone with our 2 young daughters for over 2 months. I now know for a fact that my stbx has a military friend living in the house(& possibly a female, too)...a house that is meant for families on base. The house has 3 bdrm/3 bthrms & 2 levels. Wouldn't a family that is waiting for a home be better in there instead of a 'separated single soldier' who's now moved in a friend? I'm sorry, but while this upsets me like u wouldn't believe, I want to remain clear-headed and know what to do next. I think I should call his commander, but will me telling the commander do any good? Should I call the housing dept. to report this & let them know what is happening? I don't believe anyone knows about this. What I do know is this....I have not received any support at all from stbx for his daughters & here he is with a room mate in the home and collecting the $699 a month BAH and has a million and one electronic gadgets that he spends big money on as soon as he gets any freedom. Yeah...I guess that an extra $699 a month feels like freedom...I wouldn't know. Yes...sorry I'm a bit wordy...but I would like to know what would be considered the correct and appropriate procedure to report this situation? I know that this is unacceptable since I know these nice base housing homes are meant for families..and it's not fair to those families that wait on those lists & have to live in hotel rooms. Thanks in advance for any help with this.
