Your comment doesn't make any sense. No, at 26 he may not fully realize the commitment involved with raising 3 children. But IF they were to marry and divorce he would not be responsible for child support since they are clearly not his children. Her seperated/ex husband will need to continue paying child support until each of those children are adults - regardless of whether or not she marries, divorces, or how many times she does either. Yes, he may wind up paying he alimoney, again IF they were to marry and divorce. But she isn't talking about marrying him. She is talking about telling a man she has been seeing for one month that she is not fully divorced.
On that topic. I say you explain to him where you are in the divorce process and why you are still legally married. Give him a chance to understand. Clearly he knows that you were married and that hasnt scared him off yet. Be honest. It's usually the best plan.
