hopeless at this point/ how do I take control?
      01/25/11 11:18 AM

filed for divorce in Pennsylvania March 15, 2010. However, since May 2010 my estranged husband has lived in New Jersey. In addition I moved with my children to New Jersey June 5th of 2010. I know I have not reached my domicile date yet, however I would like to bring my divorce to New Jersey in June.
Since the filing of my divorce nothing has been done.

My estranged husband did clear out his 401K before I filed and it was only a minimum amount.
I did live in the marital home for 11mths and paid all the bills. We did split the mortgage. The deed is in my estranged husbands name only. He wanted to move back into the home in July. In agreement for me not taking alimony, I would be paying 100% of a car loan, and paying for all the children's expsenses/ medical, sports, school tuition and he would pay for the mortgage in addition give me 290.00 per week in child support. Since July I have upheld my end of the deal, however he let the home go into forclosure.

In addition, the car loan I am paying I am on the loan but not on the registration. My estranged husband is unwilling to help me get the car insured and registered in New Jersey. So I am paying for a car that i have not been able to drive.

I do have a child support order in Pennsylvania that Iwould like to bring to New Jersey as well.
At the present time my estranged husband is paying 1300.00 a month in child support. This includes 200.00 in PL.

I had been a stay at home mother for 14 years.

I am currently collecting SSI in the amount of 7800.00 per year, work part time ( my wages were 5990.00 for 2010) as well as a full time student. In addition, I am 43 years old. My husband is 40.
My estranged husband made 53K for the year 2010.

I am aware that there is not any martial assets left. If I am able to bring my divorce over to NJ I would like alimony after the divorce is settled. I did move in with my boyfriend as I can not afford to support myself and children while attending school. I know this will hurt my alimony.

I would like to arrange to speak to you if you think you are able to help me in this matter.
My estranged husband does not have an attorney and all attorney fee's have been paid by myself alone. I can not front the full amount of this divorce any longer. He has financially bankrupt me.
