The new boyfriend

Ok, bear with me it's my first post. The STBE and I are getting divorced but we're only separated at the moment. She already has a new bowfriend and he's living with her and our kids in the house where both of our names are on the lease. He is being a jerk and butting in and making a tough situation worse. The house is in Virginia and I am in Maine with my parents (temporarily). Seeing as how he has been bullying and berating me can I say that he can't live there as I'm on the lease too? (and yes I'm paying some of the household bills)
