Joint bank account
      02/12/11 11:08 AM

I have a joint bank account with my ex that we use to transfer CS on a bi-monthly basis. This was in the final judgement and judge signed off. My question is that I have heard some stories about people using checking accounts versus paying the state. Two questions:

1.) Is this legal for the judge to have agreed to? Can I go back in and have it modified? as part of going back to court to ask them to look at her finances as I think she is making more.
2.) Should I just contact CS enforcement within NH to see if they can just have it changed.

I would rather have this joint bank account closed out ASAP so that we are not attached to it anymore.

Thoughts?

Thank you,
James
