Living conditions definition

My very recent ex (decree finally signed through last week) has pulled another one.. He has fought, defied, and contorted the process the whole way..

The court granted him some months this summer of 50/50 custody, as a potential parent/child (connect for the first time)..

He hasn't followed this, he ends up having her for one day every two weeks, for less than 24 hours, proving the goal was purely money..

Now, without notifying us, he has moved out of his apartment and moved in with his mother. When my 15 year old daughter went to spend the 20 hours with him, she was told she had to share bed and bedroom with her grandmother..

What..? Can someone tell me what the TX requirements are for a parent regarding personal space and living conditions.?
