Ex's girlfriend intercepting email

My ex husband left me and our son for his mistress. My ex currently lives with her. I try to only communicate about our son with him via email. However, lately his girlfriend has been intercepting email that I send to him at his email address and has been replying with nasty messages towards me. I do not respond to her nasty messages. Now she is saying, in an email message, that his cell phone number is her cell phone number so there is no way to get into contact with him in case of an emergency with our son. I do know that by law he has to provide me with his cell phone number. I do not even know if he has received any of the emails that I have sent regarding issues about our son. Also, there is an injunction place in which neither one of us can talk personally to one another and yet she is using his email, that has his name on it to email me. She is signing her name to the nasty emails. Is there anything that I can do about this?
