Spousal Support

The short of it is He said for 3 months he loved me but not that way. He didn't want to be married. I said I wouldn't file for divorce,he would have to. He said that 'it isn't that way'. He came home and said he was moving out of state and I couldn't afford the rent so I had to leave. He moved 'her' in just a few days later..after he kicked me out. Basically this is what happened. Now I want to know how I prove his income..Several lawyers said that I can't ,because he is self employed. And that I should not file for seperation or divorce because I wouldn't get anything. Right now he gives enough for my vehicle and it's insurance and a few credit cards. I have no job, and haven't gotten an interview in the 6 months we've been apart. I live in Nev. I just can't see how there is no way to prove income. He's managed to buy 2 trucks, she couldn't possibly have nothing to drive, and 2 motorcycles. How can I get nothing? I do get unemployment but that will end in a few weeks. I can't afford an attorney, but if I thought I would get spousal support, I would force him to file. Advice?
