Divorce agreement issue

My ex and I have been divorced coming up 4 years this year. I gave over our house to her and the kids in our agreement. In that time, she has yet to get the house in her name and refinace it. It's still in my/our name. I've remarried since then and for the most part, it's not been a big deal. But my current wife is starting to get upset that the ex hasn't gotten the house in her name alone yet and it's starting to put a strain on our marriage. I've bugged and pestered and questioned and asked my ex and the mortgage folks about the status of things but the house still remains in my name.

What are my options?
