Pre-decree motion for relief...

I posted earlier about this... I have a hearing for my pre-decree motion in a week and a half and I'm not sure how it's going to go. I was wondering if anyone knew about evidence? I pay 1500 for a private sitter every month so that I can continue working; she's licensed, but how can I prove that in court since it's not an acutal daycare? I could type up receipts and have her sign them but I don't know how legit that would be in court. And if that childcare amount isn't entered into the child support guidelines for my state (HI) the child support would lower drastically.

Also does anyone know if BAH is taken into account in Hawaii? I know this is a housing allowance I'm military too. But in the air force, you're given an allotment and you can either live on base and have it taken out monthly, or live off base in a place of your choosing which is usually less than what you're given so you make money off of it. He's trying to claim that his BAH isn't a part of his pay because he lives on base; yet if he moved, he could get a place for a grand and bank 800 for himself (as an E5 he makes 1800 in BAH). So yes, this amount should be included in his gross amount. But how do the judges decide on that?

I've read lots of posts about court cases for custody and support etc but none on the pre-decree motion so any input on what's going to happen or what I should bring or how it will effect later divorce decisions on child support/custody would be appreciated.
